Breakout: Grief, PTSD & Transitioning Trauma Through Practical Applications and Spiritual Awareness

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder is often under-reported as a diagnosis for parents whose child has transitioned. It is essential to understand that traumatic stress needs to be resolved in order to move forward in one’s life.

PTSD can not only prevent parents from connecting with their child, but it can also cause the severing of other relationships. PTSD can hinder our physical and mental health, with an overwhelming shock that locks into the body, mind, and spirit.

PTSD does not heal in time without appropriate interventions, so finding serenity can be elusive and evasive when we’re traumatized. Staying peaceful is essential to the healing process, and peace of mind is attainable and sustainable.

Participants will learn how traumatic stress impacts the energy systems of the mind and body, and discover current, creative, natural therapies that safely, effectively accelerate the healing process.

Participants will discover how to create a sacred safe space for healing and connecting with our loved ones, and ‘7 Steps Bringing Heavenly Feelings to Earth,’ by utilizing acupressure pathways that help us find our center of peace quickly. We can learn how to stay peaceful, even when we’re not happy, and utilize tools to practice at home to become more spiritually aware “shining light parents.”

By remembering only love is real, and love is what connects us, our intention is to honor our feelings, and remember however deep our grieving, we are never separate in the infinite light of love.
