Claire O'Brien's Validation with her son Spencer through Beth Lynch

The reading started when Beth Lynch mentioned someone who had graduated from a culinary academy. Spencer was very proud of the fact that he graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu School.
It’s hard to remember everything that resonated because there was so much! It was funny when Spencer mentioned that I’m always cleaning and that cleaning is my therapy—so true! He also mentioned strawberries, letting me know that he was with me Sunday evening when we had strawberry cake for dessert.
Beth brought up that Spencer had mental health challenges and that he is now helping others in heaven who also struggled. I’ve heard this often from other mediums, which made it especially meaningful.
Lastly, Beth mentioned a pillow—a pillow I had recently pulled out of the closet. It’s a stuffed puppy pillow that looks like one of my dogs who has passed. Spencer told me to hug it, and I did.
It was a beautifully accurate reading, and I appreciate it so very much.
