Eve's Validation with her son Sammy through Jane Meakin

This is long overdue but if any parents are struggling as I have with the loss of their child, I hope it helps them to learn about the experience I had with Jane Meakin. I had attended a number of gallery readings through HPH, and my son never surfaced in those readings. I attended the reading with Jane Meakin in August 2025, and I experienced the same thing - my son was a no-show. 

At one point, I asked myself, "Can I even expect my son to communicate with me?" Almost immediately afterwards, I heard music playing in the background. I thought it was so odd that no one asked the participant to turn off their music. But then I realized that music was coming from MY computer. It was my spotify account playing Imagine by John Lennon. It had been about 18 months since I had used spotify on that computer, and it has never spontaneously started playing music.

I reached out to Jane to let her know that my son did show up through her reading. She thanked me and asked if I might want a reading. I thought, "Why not?" So I had my very first reading. In that session, Jane made two comments that really stood out for me. 

First, she told me that my son passed so quickly that he popped out and up like Buzz Lightyear. Both my daughter and husband reminded me that my son's backpack that year was a Buzz Lightyear backpack. 

Second, Jane mentioned that my son's physique didn't come from weightlifting. That confused me because he was in excellent shape, loved lifting weights and working out. But my husband reminded me that my son would always say that abs don't come form the gym - they come from the kitchen.

Forever grateful for this experience.
