What a wonderful group reading tonight! I intuitively knew when I received the group reading email this morning that I needed to join as a message would come through and it certainly did!.
When I logged in, Stacey Lynn Cripps was speaking to another mom but a moment before she began bringing in the second child, the light above my head flashed and I knew at that moment that Matt would be coming through now.... the second she said "I have a boy coming through here, 16, connected to music/guitar, high school.... I knew it was him (age 16 he passed, he uses guitar for referencing music because we bought him one, but he was in marching band which is key).
Our family is entering a very significant and a bit stressful time right now as it is Matt's high school graduation next month and his twin sister will be graduating without him here physically. In addition, we are presenting Matt's annual scholarship next week to marching band seniors and it is always a very emotional experience to get up on stage, especially this year, presenting in front of his graduating class, all kids who knew him and grew up with him.
Matt stated that he will be there for both events, he wants me to move through the flow of the events and that he will help me through it. He also told me that he will be with his twin Hanna, first "hovering" next to her seat, then walking across the stage with her - literally walking with her across that stage. This makes my heart so happy.
