Fara Gibson did an amazing job of making connections with so many of our kids at Unity of Phoenix on September 21st! I was very happy and surprised to hear from my Luke.
Fara confirmed a lot of things about him, including that he had recently passed some tests but not college, which is correct as he had passed the entrance exams to join the Navy. He even scored higher than he originally expected which was exciting for him because of the job selections. She also confirmed that he unfortunately passed suddenly and unexpectedly prior to heading off to bootcamp. While it’s tragic and heartbreaking for us, I know that he is correct in that it was in his perfect timing that he leveled up to Heaven. She mentioned the ways that we’ve honored him and set up memorials around the house which brings me some peace as he knows how much we love and miss him and honor him in big ways and small ways every day.
Thank you so much, Fara, for giving me a few minutes with my beautiful boy.
