Lisa Watt Banks' Validation with her son Lucas through Shelly Wilson

I attended the HPH NC meeting on 12/2/25 with Shelly Wilson and received a message from my son, Lucas. 

Lucas passed when he was almost 21 years old and was living in Hawaii. He is very active and fit and loves to go hiking in the hills of Hawaii and be outdoors. 

Lucas came through with two other young men whose mothers were in the meeting as well, Ryan and Brandon. Lucas has not met them in person but it sounds like they all have hiking in common and came through to Shelly as on a hike together. 

Shelly picked up on my son's age and that his passing was sudden and unexpected. She could see Lucas as fit and athletic and also wise and intelligent, which he is. Lucas seemed to be showing a hand motion, which I attributed to the Habitat for Humanity build and tree planting we just did to celebrate his 23rd birthday. Lucas also communicated that I have a jersey or shirt of his in a frame or nearby. I used to have the jersey hanging on my wall but now I keep it over the back of my desk chair. Lucas's message was very positive and full of gratitude, reminding me to live my truth, which very much sounds like Lucas.
