On December 1st, Lisa Wilcoxson did Gallery Readings for HPH parents.  Some validations from the reading from my daughter, Jillian:

Jillian popped in on several of them, one-liners that caught my attention. Take what you need for validations. First reading:

1) Butterflies. (We raise monarchs and became a monarch waystation this year). We picked her grave by choosing the spot where a dead monarch laid in spite of them having just run the lawn sweeper. (it lasted 5 months btw)

2) Above the clouds, so much spirit when she comes in a room. (The gymnastics team still uses the cheers she made up, and give a most spirited award in her honor.)

Book connection: Yes, she helped me write two! Elf Costume. ( Her #1 favorites movie!) Putting on boots for the petting zoo: Her best friend Kara literally owned a petting zoo. Jilly would put on boots and help muck out stables for zebra, ostriches and kangaroos…

The name Emily, who has a suitcase packed, new baby: Jilly’s very pregnant cousin Emily lives in Norway and called this morning asking for prayers because they may have to fly her to a better equipped hospital to deal with her, so she was debating what to pack! AND by the way, Carl and Rose both came up as names. Those are Emily’s grandparents!

Jilly skipped most of the next two readings then popped back in after Ava. Helicopter (driver was flown out, and her cousin actually IS a pilot. Downhill skiing/snowboarding (our favorite family trip, we had scheduled a trip before she crossed that “came after she crossed” by one month, and she had bought Uggs for her best friend…the driver in the accident who survived.

Remote location poor cell service white vehicle in the garage: All where she was the night before she died. Text was the only was to reach her…so I wasnt surprised when she didn’t answer a call.

Smoke/ fire: long story that starts 3 days after Jilly’s accident, peaks on June 21,2022 and is still playing out. There were two separate guys named Chris who knew about her accident. One Chris drove away. The other Chris, who goes by Dave, found the girls and went for help, saving the drivers life.

Card playing with family, big games family: While Jilly was here, our favorite Thanksgiving family tradition was a card game of Spoons, which could turn quite rowdy. She mentioned a card on someone’s forehead. See picture of her sister Erica, with a card on her forehead during a “vicious” game of spoons.

Also mentioned “finding a person in their bed like they just fell asleep. “One week shy of Jilly’s accident five years later, I found my beloved stepdad permanently asleep in his bed.

Food bank reference, We did a Food Pantry drive at Jilly’s funeral because she loved to eat. We still do a ketchup drive in her honor. (It’s a luxury item for food banks.)

She finally couldn’t stay so discreet anymore so she popped in with “Her hair is really long!” Jilly usually makes remarks about her hair when she comes in like “Mom, I have the longest hair in Heaven” with a dramatic flip of her hair. 😜

She was and still is the master of practical jokes, even from the other side. You mentioned “Rocks” that gave inspirational words on them and how ai spread them. Actually they are Hot/cold therapy packs. Made with love, lavender and PEPPERMINT oil which was sitting near my right hand during the reading.
