Natalia Corneto's Validation with her daughter Valerie through Sarina Baptista

Then Sarina was saying that Valerie was showing her hands on her throat, like something was with her throat... I didn't know what that means, and I said , Valerie didn't have problems with her throat.. the way she passed away, was overdose. 

Later that evening, I gave my grandSON (Valeries son) a cucumber to eat , and I kinda insist that he  finish it, because he is not eating fruits and vegetables. He finished the cucumber, and about 5 min after he came up to me with swelling eyes, watery eyes, and he said his throat was itchy...

I remembered right away about Sarina showing me Valerie with her hands on the throat, and I knew immediately my grandSON just had a allergy reaction on a cucumber ( I had no idea cucumber can cause allergies).. I gave him Benadryl right away and he felt better. But ... Did Valerie warn me about that?! I understood what the hands on throat mean then. 

Also Sarina was saying too much pressure was going on in Valeries life at the time and she was barely handling it. It was true. It was so much pressure... She was just out of rehab treatment, still working on her sobriety, she list her documents, she has custody courts , looking for a job , and at the end - her court date (for something she did while in active addiction) was coming in 2 days. She told me that she was very nervous about that court date and she could not go back to jail ... 

Sarina also mentioned that someone was supposed to do something for Valerie, and they didn't... And it was very emotionally triggering for her. That is true. Valerie told me that one of her managers, or sponsors, from rehab was supposed to write her the supportive letter for court and in the last minute they decided not to do that. And that really put so much pressure on Valerie, she was afraid to show up for court without any support. 

Sarina mentioned that Valerie loved music, and she loves to be with me in the car, which is true. 

My grandSON and I always put some songs while driving, songs that Valerie loved. Our song " Valerie" by Amy Winehouse often come up on the radio.

She said Valerie is thanking me and my husband for picking up after her, and we definitely know that. 

She also said that Valerie is communicating through birds (yes, I have hummingbirds all the time hanging around me in our backyard).

She also said Valerie is talking to me in my head.. it's true , I can hear her words in my head sometimes, and I talked to her (sometimes back and forth). 

She said that Valerie didn't mean to overdose, but it happened, and she is at peace where she is right now. I can feel that... 

Sarina also said that Valerie is around me all the time and she hugs me all the time. I feel that ... 

I also think she did that through my cat in the very beginning... When I was crying non stop, after we got the crushing news about Valerie... My cat would come on my chest, and hugged me with his front paws around my neck, just like a human. I've never seen anything like that before, or after. Now I know it was Valerie coming through my cat to comfort me. 

I want to thank Sarina Baptista for helping Valerie to come through for me and connect us . It was very comforting and true.
