Hi! On Jan 25, 2020, my sparkly 16-year-old son, Shayne Rebbetoy, had a mushroom-related fall in our home and transitioned to the light. As my only born child, navigating this spiritual connection has been both challenging and rewarding. Shayne sends powerful signs and messages, illuminating my path forward. Helping Parents Heal has been my vital support, offering tools and perspective for living, loving, and growing through grief. Inspired by this, I eagerly anticipate assisting others on their journey. Grateful for the transformative journey with Shayne and the invaluable support from Helping Parents Heal, I'm committed to helping others through their grief.

Renee Kessler Miller:

Renee K. Miller is a mother, healer and psychotherapist in practice for over 20 years specializing in healing from trauma. Renee knows first hand the healing journey of grief and loss, as she has two of her 3 children in spirit and has been a member of helping parents heal since 2021 when her beautiful, creative free spirited daughter crossed the veil due to an accidental overdose. Renee knew at a very young age that there was more than meets the eye here, when her full term baby, Timothy only lived a few hours due to complications at birth. She received the message loud and clear, that this experience was somehow purposeful and meaningful to help her soul grow and help others. She is a member of the California association of marriage and family therapists, East bay CAMFT and now Marin CAMFT with practices in Oakland, and Marin. Renee’s healing journey has included connecting with both Timothy and Aurianna in spirit and she has a deep understanding of the continuing bonds we all share with our children who have passed before us.
