I began to sense Jessie a few months after her transition, and that connection has brought deep comfort in knowing she is still with me. I truly believe she continues to support me on my healing journey.

I’ve learned the importance of allowing grief and emotions to move through me, honouring them rather than resisting. A key part of my journey has been focusing on what I can control. By seeking out practices that soothe my nervous system and help release trauma held in the body, I’ve found pathways toward grounding, resilience, and ongoing healing.  

I’ve completed various trainings which are tools that have helped me in my own healing journey.  Reiki Masters training, yoga teacher training, Advanced EFT/tapping practitioner training, and David Kessler’s grief educator certification.
