I attended a gallery reading with Karina Hemby through Helping Parents Heal, and I truly felt my son came through. Karina shared several pieces of information that brought me to tears because they affirmed that he is with us all the time. One moment that especially touched me was when she said he told her he is on my right side, in the corner of my eye.
What Karina couldn't have known is that I have a framed photo of my son on the right side of my desk. As I work each day, I see his picture in the corner of my eye. I've attached a photo to show exactly what I mean. She also shared that he sees me out walking and wants me to keep doing it because it's good for me. Another meaningful validation was that birds are his sign to me, something that has held special significance for me. Thank you, Karina, and Helping Parents Heal, for providing this opportunity. It gave me a sense of peace and comfort, knowing that my beautiful boy is still with me.
