Today at noon I attended the Gallery Readings event with Pauline Mason.
She described my son Chand at the end, clearly identifying his beautiful deep bass singing voice. She reaffirmed the reality I often forget, that he is very close and not gone. She saw him playing the piano and singing, identified his wishes to be heard and known, and soothed my heart with her statement that he knew his family supported him. She reminded me to keep singing and making music, that the vibrations penetrate the veils between this world and the next. It was a beautiful connection and I am so grateful.
