The Wisdom of Greg by Susan and Bill Van Oije - Greg's Cosmic Mind Benders

Since our son Greg's passing from this Earth 11 1/2 years ago, he has delighted in sharing with us some of the magnificent magic, mysteries and power of our Universe.

While he was here with us for 27 years, Greg was a huge fan of all things cosmic. Now, on the other side, he's like a kid in a candy store! 

His insights sound far-out there, but they're eye- and heart-openers, and as Greg says, "It's all real and all true." In fact, these aren't cosmic mind benders - they're mind blowers!

Here's a taste of what Greg has told us through his Dad, Bill, who channels him, and it's what all of our children on the other side have access to:

*Greg's connection to the cosmos started very soon after his passing when he told Bill in an incredibly vivid dream, "I am a star, Dad!" and Bill saw our son as a transcendentally luminescent blue star radiating waves of love. After Bill told me about his beautiful dream, I asked him to ask Greg (because he can hear Greg talk to him during waking hours as well) if he is actually a physical star. Greg replied: "Everything has a soul. The Earth is a living entity and it has vibration and a soul, as do all the planets and stars. I can manifest as a star but that's not the only thing I can manifest as, but you have to have a certain level of vibration to be able to manifest something that large and present. Stars are life giving, as is the Earth, so it has to be of a higher vibration because it represents love in its truest form because it's so giving, the stars and the Earth and all the planets."

Ten years later, Greg provided this astounding additional information: "Remember, Dad, when I told you I'm a star? It's not a star, it's a portal. It's a stargate where I move through and you will move through some day. You need to be of a very high vibration to do that. A star vibrates at a really high vibration to be a stargate. Some day you can do that too."

*Greg often reminds us, "There are no bigger signs than watching the activity in the cosmos in relation to Earth. All the celestial bodies in this construct are put there by the design of the Divine manifestation. God speaks to us through the celestial bodies in the cosmos, Universe and skies of this planet Earth. We are attached to the Earth. It is our Mother. We are physically her offspring and share our spirituality with her and our Source God. Between the Earth and our Source, our soul is fathered and mothered by both energies. Spirit is enhanced through our conscious soul encapsulated by our physical.

"The Earth is moving to a new reality and for those who have progressed to be aware of this transformation, as the Earth changes its state of reality, our state of reality will also change for those aligned with this process. This is transforming the physical which houses your soul. The spirit will be enhanced as your soul moves into this new expression of your Earth Mother. The Father has spoken into existence this transformation for the Mother of his children. Mother and Father send their loving energy to their children of Earth, ready to make this conscious transformation into adulthood...This is the awareness and movement towards Oneness."

*On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse took place across central and eastern Canada and the United States, and I asked Greg through his Dad, "Did you watch the solar eclipse today?" and here's what Greg said: "There's about a thousand of them going on at once, just in the Milky Way. Mom, you wouldn't believe it! It's absolutely glorious. And we can see all of the eclipses that have ever happened on the Earth all at once, because there is no time. If you want to be an astronomer, this is the place to be!" Then on September 7, 2025, Greg's 11th Angelversary, a total lunar eclipse occurred, and I knew it was a beautiful synchronicity. 

*Greg used the occasion of the glorious full Super Moon on November 14, 2024 to teach us about the beautiful dance of energy between the Sun, the Moon, and the Earth: "The Moon emits much energy towards the Earth when it reflects the Sun so brilliantly. We are so connected to the Earth's sister, the Moon. The two bodies are able to reflect each other's energy back and forth: The Moon to the Earth and the Earth to the Moon. We are caught between these two bodies soaking up that energy and it affects and alters our energy and our auras. If you could see your aura light up because of the Moon's reflection of the sunlight you would be amazed and see how you glow just how the Moon glows. Your aura would be seen just as the aurora borealis is seen.

"Step outside tonight for a moment to feel the radiance of the Moon's glow. It is very healing to take in its energy. Feel the Earth and the Moon dancing in this energy flow, the exchange between the Earth's light and the Moon light that is reflected from the Sun. If you stood on the Moon and looked back at the Earth you would see the beautiful radiance and love of the Earth emitting its light into the cosmos, just as you see the Moon reflecting its light towards the Earth this evening.

"This light is of a very high vibration just like the Earth's light energy. Truly a dance between these two celestial bodies that keeps you safe and protected from the darkness of the Universe with all its space. A familiar hello from these two souls that love their children with all their heart, carrying out the wishes of the Father to keep you safe and supplied with all your needs. Given to you without any expectation of return, their only wish being that you have gratitude and thanks for the love they supply you with through the giving of themselves to meet your needs."

*The most beautiful insight into the wonders of the Universe that Greg has given us is the fact that everything comes from and runs on love. The reason why all of it - including us - exists, is because of our Creator's love. "Love is," says Greg, "and because it is, we are...Love is eternal, and you are love."

So it turns out we're not just sitting on a rock in the middle of a black void of nothingness. Our Universe is an inconceivably vast and amazing creation of our Source, and each star, planet, moon and human being is a sacred and divine manifestation with a soul exchanging love energy in an interconnected dance. And as Greg likes to say, what we've shared with you here is "just the tip of the iceberg."
