Inaugural ANZ gathering in New Zealand, Auckland Saturday 4th October 2025.
We were so pleased to welcome 14 parents from NZ and Australia to our retreat-style full-day event at NextGen Health & Wellness facility.
I’ll do a Part 2 about all the signs from our incredible kids who engineered this opportunity and supported us behind the scenes.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to meet Jo Greaney and Mary Jo Quinn-King in person. The 3 of us affiliate leaders all shared the benefits of our strengths and experience at different stages of healing after child loss. The day was filled with raw, vulnerable, honest and uplifting stories and connections.
We really appreciated the opportunity to meet so many parents face to face and spend time hearing about your beloved children, doing meditative neurographic art together, gentle movement and sound healing as well as delicious food courtesy of MJ.
Thank you to each and every one of you who travelled from far and wide to be part of this special experience. We even had a Maori Iwi traditional welcome!
We would love to offer a similar but deeper and longer experience next year! We’ll ask for feedback in the coming weeks and have already started planning! There will be plenty of time to book travel tickets 💜
