Wow is all I can say about Mark Anthony's reading with our precious Lexis. Lexi and her father were in a SXS accident in which her dad was critically injured, and she passed on at the scene. Lexi and her father were at a trucks gone wild event. My daughter had been drinking. I say all this because all of this came up in the reading with Mark. There were many validations.  My daughter Natasha did go through trauma as a child, and at times we had a difficult relationship.  She was very independent and wanted to make it her way rather than taking my advice and my help.  Other times we had a great connection, talks, private jokes.  Another piece was I have been working on communicating with her through various means.  The piece of "having tea together" is very specific, I am a tea person.  I will include Natasha during this time and start talking to her.  I will be also looking for a special sign from her within 1-2 weeks, as suggested.  I will let you know when one arrives. Recently, I had quite the argument with my oldest son which hasn’t been resolved to my satisfaction yet. This disconnect feels so bad especially after the pain of having one son already in Heaven. Haven’t we all gone through enough without the challenges that continue to go on in our lives? I received one of the most beautiful gifts ever from Rick Wilcoxson, our first Helping Parents Heal photographer, who is also a Shining Light Dad of Anthony and Michael and a volunteer, who sent me a slideshow of our First Helping Parents Heal Conference in Scottsdale that he put together in honor of the last day of the conference that should have taken place in Charleston on April 19th. Thanks to the hard work and compassion of numerous Shining Light Parents, including Rick and Irene Vouvalides, our Conference Chair, Jason Durham, our Chief Information Officer, Heidi Hanson, who created the slideshow with Jason, Tony Allen, who donated and ran all of the A/V equipment and myself, as well as our incredible Presenters and Volunteers, and Karl Fink of Streaming for the Soul, we were able to hold this wonderful event for over 500 parents and were so looking forward to our Second Helping Parents Heal Conference!
